Preorder Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before placing a preorder with Kerala Diecast Garage.

When you place a preorder, we immediately place the corresponding order with our overseas seller. Since we collect only a minimal booking amount/deposit, the remaining amount is paid by us upfront to secure your order.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

💳 Booking Amount/Deposit & Payment

* A booking amount/deposit is required to confirm your preorder.

* Once your preorder is confirmed, the booking cannot be canceled, modified, transferred, or exchanged.

* The remaining balance must be paid within 3 days of the item arriving at our hands.

* You will generally have at least a month from the date of booking to arrange the remaining payment. Please plan accordingly.

* Once the item arrives, the payment deadline must be followed. Please do not wait until the item arrives to arrange the balance amount.

⏰ Payment Extensions

We understand that genuine circumstances may occasionally arise.

At our discretion, we may provide an extended payment deadline in exceptional cases. However, extensions are not guaranteed and should not be considered an automatic entitlement.

If an extension is granted, the revised deadline communicated by Kerala Diecast Garage must be followed.

❌ Failure to Complete Payment

If the remaining payment is not received within the original 3-day period or any extended deadline granted by us:

* The preorder will be automatically canceled.

* No refund will be provided.

* The booking amount/deposit and any other amount already paid cannot be transferred, adjusted, or credited toward another car, preorder, or future order.

Please place a preorder only if you are confident that you will be able to complete the payment within the required timeline.

🚫 Cancellation & Modifications

Once a preorder is confirmed:

* No cancellations are allowed.

* No refunds are allowed, except in the circumstances specifically mentioned below.

* No changes or modifications to the order are allowed.

* Preorders cannot be exchanged or transferred to another product.

📦 Delays & Cancellation by Kerala Diecast Garage

Estimated arrival dates (ETA) are provided based on information available from our overseas suppliers and shipping partners and may be subject to change.

If Kerala Diecast Garage cancels a preorder, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided.

If the preorder is delayed by more than 15 days beyond the estimated arrival date (ETA), you may request a full refund of the amount paid.

By placing a preorder, you understand that we commit funds to secure your item with our overseas seller. The booking amount/deposit is collected to confirm and secure your booking, while the remaining cost is paid by us upfront.

Therefore, please place a preorder only when you are confident that you can complete the balance payment when the item arrives.
