* All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except in the circumstances specifically mentioned in this policy.

* We strongly recommend reviewing all product details, images, pricing, and shipping information before placing your order.

* As collectors ourselves, we understand the importance of product condition. All products are shipped sealed and in the condition received from the brand, manufacturer, or distributor.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except in the following case:

* You received the wrong item.

We do not accept return or cancellation requests due to:

* Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

* Finding the item at a lower price elsewhere

* Disliking the item after receiving it

* Minor cosmetic or packaging imperfections commonly associated with collectible products

📦 Shipping & Transit

* Orders are shipped across India through DTDC, India Post, or other reliable logistics partners, depending on the location and availability.

* We take reasonable care to pack every order securely before dispatch.

* Once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays, transit handling, or loss may be subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures.

* For delivery-related concerns such as delays, tracking issues, RTO, or delivery attempts, customers may contact the respective courier service using the tracking information provided.

* Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate. Kerala Diecast Garage will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer.

* The item received

* The shipping label

* The outer packaging

After reviewing the claim, we may offer, depending on the circumstances:

* A partial refund

* A replacement, if stock is available

* A full refund in rare cases

We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests for minor packaging imperfections that are common with collectible products, including:

* Soft corners

* Minor card creases

* Shelf wear

* Minor dents or imperfections to outer packaging

Such imperfections may occur during manufacturing, distribution, storage, or transportation and may not qualify as a product defect.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

For any claim involving damage, missing items, or incorrect items, a valid unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

* Be continuous and unedited

* Begin before the package is opened

* Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label

* Show the package being opened

* Clearly show the product being removed from the package

* Clearly show the damage, missing item, or incorrect item being claimed

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
