At Kerala Diecast Garage, we take care to pack every order securely so that your collectibles reach you safely. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

📦 Shipping Partners
Orders are shipped across India through DTDC, India Post, or other reliable logistics partners, depending on the destination and service availability.
The shipping partner may vary from order to order.

🚚 Shipping & Dispatch Time
* Orders are generally shipped within 2–5 working days after the order is placed.
* Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided so you can track your order.
* The actual delivery time after dispatch depends on the respective shipping company and the destination.
* Delivery timelines are therefore subject to the shipping company’s estimated delivery timeline and are not guaranteed by Kerala Diecast Garage.

🚚 Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is our regular shipping option.
Damage or loss of parcels during transit is not covered under Standard Shipping.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping company, Kerala Diecast Garage will not be responsible for loss or damage occurring during transit under Standard Shipping.
Customers who require coverage against loss during transit are advised to choose Priority Shipping, where available.

⭐ Priority Shipping
Priority Shipping is recommended for customers who want coverage against loss of the parcel during transit.
* Loss of parcels during transit under Priority Shipping is covered as per the applicable policy and terms of the respective shipping company.
* Any refund, compensation, or claim for a lost parcel will be processed in accordance with the shipping company’s applicable claim and insurance policy.
* Coverage, claim eligibility, and compensation limits are determined by the respective shipping company and are subject to their terms and conditions.
If you want coverage against loss during transit, please choose Priority Shipping at checkout where available.

📍 Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number when placing an order.
Kerala Diecast Garage will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by:
* Incorrect or incomplete addresses
* Incorrect PIN code
* Incorrect phone number
* Failure to respond to courier calls or delivery attempts
* Unavailability of the recipient
* Refusal to accept the parcel
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or other reasons attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

📦 Packaging
We take reasonable care to pack every order securely before dispatch.
However, diecast collectibles may be susceptible to minor packaging imperfections during transportation. Minor issues such as soft corners, small card creases, or shelf wear may occur during handling and do not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

🎥 Damage & Missing Items
For any claim involving damage or missing items, a continuous and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show:
* The sealed package
* The shipping label
* The package being opened
* The product being removed
* The damage or missing item being claimed
Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Any claim relating to transit damage will be handled in accordance with the applicable shipping and claim policies.

🔄 RTO & Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us (RTO) due to reasons such as:
* Customer refusing delivery
* Incorrect or incomplete address
* Customer being unavailable
* Failure to respond to the courier
* Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
Any reshipping will be done only after the applicable shipping charges are paid.

🔍 Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided so you can track your order through the respective shipping company’s tracking system.
The delivery timeline after dispatch will be as per the shipping company’s estimated delivery timeline and may vary depending on the destination and other circumstances.
For courier-related issues such as delayed movement, delivery attempts, loss, or other transit-related concerns, we will assist where reasonably possible.
However, refunds, compensation, insurance coverage, and claims relating to lost parcels will be subject to the terms, conditions, and claim procedures of the respective shipping company.

* Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
* A valid unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving damage or missing items.
