Orders may be shipped through DTDC, India Post, or other reliable logistics partners.

Tracking details will be provided after dispatch whenever available.

Delivery timelines after dispatch are determined by the respective shipping company and may vary depending on the destination and other circumstances.

For claims involving damage or missing items, a continuous and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the package, shipping label, opening process, product, and the issue being claimed.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
